What's going on lately:

I'm not sure about my username. I made it because I used to like parrots (A LOT). But now, I just can't seem to like it as much as before. Should I change it?

School is pretty much okay. Nothing too big or small. I haven't updated much because of it. In fact I don't have the inspiration to draw anything worthwhile to submit as they're all sketches.

I managed to sneak back my tablet pen that my parents confiscated. I had a valid reason for bringing my tablet pen for school. My class had this activity to show what they did last summer. My dad forgot to get it back and (to my relief) the computer mouse practically died due to its old age. So the tablet pen had to be used in the mean time. If ever I have the time, I'll draw something.

I feel like a loser. I now have the urge to read Little Women. It's a book that has been taken up when I was Grade 6. The book wasn't a favorite of mine. But I want to read it again.

Can't wait for Wall-E. I want it to show in theatres already...

One last snippet before this journal ends: Chinese garter is not my favorite game. O-O; Plus, I was hoping to change the mood in the journal (the Rant one) but it takes long for the "change-the-mood-option" to load for some weird reason.

What's going on now:

Stupid, stupid stupid! I search around the pictures in the camera I use. The pictures I took this summer were gone. Everything. Every single one of them which comprised of my summer which were really great pictures I took when I improved in Photography!!!! The recently taken pictures are still in that camera but not the ones I took like the bird ones. It's a crushing loss, and I'm crying over it, not sobbing. If you're gonna laugh and point at me how useless this rant is, I'll be asking you how would you feel if your own work got put into shreds? WEEKS OF WORK and PRACTICE on taking picture put to waste. I even took a picture of this new bird I found. It's yellow with black stripes along the head. But it's all gone.

School started already. Which means no tablet and not that many DA submissions. It's like having an artificial body part cut off or something like that. It sucks, I know. That's why I like summer. You're free as a bee to do what you like but in school, you're now back in a cage. Probably I'll submit traditional art soon but it doesn't really look good thanks to my poop-laden scanner.

What's going on lately:

Woot! I went to see Prince Caspian the movie! It was awesome. My parents couldn't go because my mom was sick and my dad was at work. So only my siblings and got to watch. If you haven't watched the movie yet, go read the book version!

But the first movie, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, will always be my favorite, in my opinion.

I can't wait for the third Narnia movie to come out! A movie adaptation of "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" will be made. I suggest you guys go read the book version first so that you can understand the story more. Not to mention it's interesting to read. ^-^

Hmm, apparently my family adopted this stray kitten. It used to hang around at one of my neighbor's house. Then it followed my brother and I home. I guess it decided to stay with us because we have another stray cat that stayed with us long before the kitten came. Hopefully the the older cat would get along with the kitten seeing that it constantly hisses at the younger one.

Last Tuesday, the ceremony for graduation from Summer Taekwondo sessions took place. The whole class demonstrated what they know. So white belts first demonstrated. Then yellow and blue belts went next. Red and brown belts came last. So yadda-yadda, certificates and all. What? They forgot to print a certificate for me! I don't know why. Plus my sister wasn't there the the ceremony so her certificate was given to me during the ceremony my name was called, which I don't know why. I don't really mind this just as long as I get promoted to yellow belt.

What's happening in the Future:

I can't believe it. Tomorrow's my promotion test in taekwondo. And I didn't even practice! >-< My little brother's taking the test too and we don't have to spar since we're still white belts! Only my older sister has to spar since she's colored belt rank, blue belt to be exact. My stomach's squirming at the thought of tomorrow. X(

School! It starts one day after my promotion test. School will return again on Tuesday. Oh the horror! Now I'm a sophomore! (It rhymes? )

What's going on now:

I'm off to the beach! I'll be gone for 3 days. Just to let you guys know. My parents pretty much procrastinated in preparing for the trip and buying supplies. And they thought my siblings and I were the bad ones for procrastinating.
